Bérangère Armand is appointed director of Village Charlot in Beausoleil, near Monaco.

The place is like a village in the city itself of approximately 2,500 m2. Designed by the architect Marc Barani, the venue is made up of a social center, a media library, a participatory restaurant, an artists’ residence, an exhibition space and gardens in the heart of the city center.

The Village Charlot will open its doors in the fall of 2025 and will offer a space for experimentation and sharing for artists and audiences alike through a program of events, exhibitions, workshops and meetings.

A place open to all, children and adults which will become a laboratory for welcoming the public by breaking down barriers between the artistic scene and the social services of the city.
