The group of promoters/designers led by Bouygues Immobilier with Linkcity, the social landlords Côte d'Azur Habitat and Logirem, the architecture firms Juillet-Carré, Petitdidierprioux, Scau as well as La Compagnie du Paysage and we want art everywhere, won the consultation of the former "cleaning block" in the eastern districts of Nice. we want art everywhere contributed to the team in terms of cultural strategy and urbanism. Indeed, the block adjoins the Pôle 109, pole of contemporary cultures of Nice and our insight has allowed the articulation between the new project and this pre-existing creative lung.
